Principal Construction Manager

Mr. Walker has over thirty five years of construction experience related to highways, roadways, interchanges, class I freight rail, railroad grade separations and land development. He has served as project manager, resident engineer, structures representative, construction scheduler, estimator, structure and roadway inspector. Mr. Walker has been responsible for roadway and bridge design and construction, supervision of technical and field staff, change order negotiation and preparation, contract administration, critical path schedule reviews, storm water pollution prevention plan preparation and compliance, claims mitigation, selection committee interviews, and cost estimate preparation.

Structures Representative

Mr. Walker has over ten years of heavy civil construction experience related to highways, roadways, airports and railroad grade separation projects. He has served as project engineer, structures and roadway inspector, quality control concrete technician, drone pilot, assistant estimator and quantity take-off technician. Mr. Walker has worked on several high profile heavy civil infrastructure projects making his level of experience with structure construction inspection superior for his years of experience.

Structures Representative

Ms. Seiler has over seven years of heavy civil construction experience related to highways, roadways, and railroad grade separation projects. She has served as a structures representative, project engineer, structures inspector, and quality control concrete technician. She has recent relative experience providing structures inspection on precast and cast-in-place bridge and storm drain structures. 

Resident Engineer/Structures Representative

Mr. Johnson has over twenty years of construction engineering experience related to highways, bridges, railroad grade separations, high speed rail, and design build. He has served as a Resident Engineer, Structures Representative, Construction Oversight Field Manager, and roadway/structures inspector. He has been responsible for oversight; supervision of technical and field staff; change order negotiation and preparation; contract administration; submittal and schedule review; and assuring compliance with plans and specifications.

Office Engineer/Document Control 

Ms. Arief has over 15 years of administrative and accounting experience related to construction management, design engineering, and the public works sector. She has served as a construction administrator, proposal manager, accounts payable and receivable coordinator. Ms. Arief has been responsible for processing progress payments, maintaining pre-construction, construction, and post-construction pictures of projects, preparing project related communications, managing monthly billing, and coordinating contracts, permits and insurance.

Even though Sadie has only been with Danken for two years, her positive attitude & dedication to her role never fails to lift the team's morale.
